A native Albertan, Dana has lived over half her life in Calgary with much of that time at the Haskayne School of Business as a student (BComm’96, MBA’14) and now a staff member. She has worked for one of Canada’s top environmental organizations, multi-national corporations, local volunteer organizations and educational institutions. In her current position as Associate Director, Alumni Engagement at the Haskayne School of Business, Dana works with a team of passionate staff and volunteers, celebrating alumni achievements and leading a variety of initiatives to connect alumni with the University of Calgary.

Suzanne has over 15 years of experience assisting clients on a variety of consulting topics such as business process improvement, strategic planning, change management, business planning, focus group facilitation, project management, compensation reviews, HR policy and organizational effectiveness and customized training programs. She has worked closely with various stakeholder groups facilitating community engagement discussions.
Tim "Disruptor" Morgan

Tim Morgan has over thirty years’ experience in the aviation industry, both as a pilot as well as a manager. His experience spans a wide range of operations including corporate charters to scheduled airlines. Tim is the owner and President of the Take Flight Group in Calgary, Alberta, he also holds the position of CEO at Enerjet also based in Calgary.
Tim was one of the principal founders and a member of the Board of Directors of WestJet Airlines from its commencement of operations in February of 1996. He served as Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for overseeing all aspects of flight operations as well as maintenance and purchasing departments.
Tim was instrumental in his role in the development of the internal culture and operations WestJet, making it the most successful airline in Canadian history.
In 2000, Tim and his fellow WestJet founders were recognized as the Entrepreneurs of the Year, a first for the Prairie Province and a first foe Canada. The team was presented an additional award in Monaco, receiving worldwide recognition for their outstanding teamwork at the annual World Entrepreneur of the Year celebrations. Tim continues to run the day to day operations of Enerjet.
