CBC’s website is intended for the lawful use of members, employees, sponsors, partners and members of the general public who are over 14 years of age.
CBC publishes and shares with members of CBC members’ names, business addresses, phone numbers, email addresses as well as certain other company-specific optional information (“Membership Information”) on this Site. By applying for membership in CBC, you consent to CBC sharing your Membership Information with other CBC members. If you withdraw your application for membership or resign your membership, CBC will delete your Membership Information within a commercially reasonable time.
Rights Granted and Restrictions on Use:
CBC grants to you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy and print the material on the Site (other than the design or layout of the Site) for your non-commercial or personal use with regard to the Purpose only, and in relation to inquiring, registering, or, participating in activities offered through the Site (the “CBC Services”). You acknowledge and agree that the Site and its Content are the property of CBC, its members or their respective service providers, suppliers or licensors and you will not acquire any rights or licenses in any trade-marks, patents, copyright or other intellectual property on the Site or in its Content. The Site and its Content are protected by copyright, both individually and as a collective work or compilation and by trade-mark law, patent law and any other applicable laws. You are not permitted to use any of the trademarks of CBC, its affiliates or their respective licensors, suppliers or service providers displayed on the Site without the prior written consent of CBC or the third party that owns the trademark.

Any non-personal communication, comments, ideas or material you post or transmit to CBC is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Choice of Law:
You agree that all matters relating to the access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and that you will comply with all such applicable laws.
Members may cancel the membership at anytime. It is the responsibility of the Member to cancel re-occurring payments directly with payment provider and notify Canadian Business Chicks of change in subscription status. Once cancelled your membership, access to member login will be removed.
